Description
Remesys is a remuneration and performance review software. I was hired as a product design consultant. The work included; a completely new UI design, new Information Architecture, logic flow, UX, prototypes and design delivery process.
This project is pre-mobile developing limited (and clunky) browser support at the time such as Microsoft Explorer 6 and 7. While these design examples are not of the latest high-end quality or use off-the-shelf UI libraries they do demonstrate the challenges we had at the time on how to develop and design a logical and aesthetic user interface that requires minimal training while rendering correctly on limited and inconsistent browsers.
