The problem
Insurers and third-party partners (technology and distribution) want to connect but find it very difficult to find, vet and develop a sustainable partnership.
Our position
Using design-led methodologies and HCD principles, I developed an ecosystem enabling insurers to distribute and manage products across various channels. To achieve that ambition, I had to rethink the key areas we excel at (our IP), what we already know and have, the state of the market and emerging trends and technologies.
Customer research repeatedly revealed certain paint points and wish lists that were pretty much aligned with what we were trying to solve.
After various research and workshop sessions that included our PM and CEO, we landed on a simple concept that completely reshaped our platform design and strategic vision and was on the path to solving our client’s and partner’s integrations and relationships.

Outcome
A presentation and prototype deck showcasing our ‘north star’. It is a strategic and pragmatic vision, a tangible asset that forms a base for quarterly and yearly strategic planning, resourcing, and investment pitching.
