Research, analysis and stakeholder interview sessions understand customer channel connection and monitoring requirements, the risks of using multiple channels, and how to simplify the channel connection while providing 24/7 monitoring capabilities.
Sketches and prototype designs to test user behaviour and appetite for change. The various test sessions also provided insights into new opportunities and highlighted current issues with the software.
