As Head of Design at Prospecta, I have directed the company’s rebranding efforts towards focusing on the product (MDO and SASS) rather than Prospecta, the company. This was a collaboration effort with an external agency (www.xpr.co.il). The reason for the strategic shift was that Prospecta was known more as a service provider or a solution expert but not as an essential technology partner within the ERP market.
The process included market analysis, product auditing, E2E experiences, long-term strategy and ecosystem exploration.
This project was a step towards building an internal design team focusing on product design and design delivery processes. The MDO line of products where all part of the MDO platform IA.
The final brand included a set of logos represnting differnt modules within the MDO platform ecosystem. MDO MDM, MDO DIW and MDO Fuse.
