A set of quote flows UI themes and templates for a more engaging and informative user and brand experience. The designs can be modified after selection, similar to a CMS such as WordPress.
Adding UI elements such as steps remaining, quote updates, quotation status, auto-fill, animations, and prediction (quote logic) further improves the user experience and higher chances of purchasing.
The problem
Most insurer’s quote flows have one layout or theme; they cannot change or select different designs for different distribution channels, brand changes, special promotions or partner skinning.
Additionally, many traditional quote flows are quite archaic, designed like a PDF form with little information guiding the user, error messages that end without a clear direction, interim quotes or just saving an application midway.
As an embedded insurance technology provider, we had to provide quote flow theming capabilities. This means a library of layouts and themes for various products, markets and embedded technologies.
The Solutions
We designed and developed a series of quote flows that can be adapted to the publisher’s brand and product type. This is a basic concept from website CMS where customers can select and adjust themes and layouts without coding or requiring a development team. This allows for a quicker and smoother turnaround, reduces risk, and provides a more engaging experience for the target market.
Insurers can also select multiple layouts and themes to launch their products to different distribution channels, whether a direct landing page (HTML), SKD or API.
